First USWP5B Prep meeting for the May 2021 WP5B meeting. 33 fact sheets were received.
Nineteen consensus and two non-consensus documents for the National Committee
Final drafts of the documents. Document 12, 16, and 24 have been withdrawn.
Review First Draft Contributions and provide authors with inputs to help improve content for Second Draft Contributions. Doc 16 was combined into 17 and the authors withdrew Doc 16. Doc 23 was updated to a First Draft with a Work Plan for AI 1.6 and Chair requested authors to split Work Plan into new doc (Doc 25).
Documents for consideration in the 1st preparatory of USWP 5B to be held Sept. 16, 2020 at 11 a.m. Eastern.
Included are Documents 6, 15, 16, 17, and 22, which achieved consensus within USWP5B on June 15th and will undergo National Committee from June 22 - July 2, 2020.
Final meeting to prepare for June 2020 ITU-R 5B Meeting where we will review the final status of Documents 6, 15, 16, 17, and 22. There will not be any offline discussions scheduled after this meeting to change the status of a document, so the results from this meeting will determine how these documents are sent to State Dept. Interested parties should be engaging authors prior to this meeting to address any issues in documents.
Review updates made to previously noted non-consensus documents (6, 15, 16, 17, and 22) and participants will provide feedback about any further edits or discussions needed.
Clean versions of all the consensus documents (2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 19, 20, and 21).
